Very nice. Make sure you check all your clamps from the turbo and the intercooler. When I was pulling about 23 psi I noticed they where all loose and the one going into the intercooler was almost off. That was a pain to tighten because I had to drop the skid plate to get to the clamp. Skid plate has 14 7mm bolts, 6 pop clips and 2 5.5mm bolts to remove. The lower clamps use a 7mm socket to tighten.

ecobeastmiami,
Your using the turbosmart bov correct?. How many turns did you put on it? Doesn't seem to make a difference to me so not sure if I set it up right. Before the install I was running the Bama Performance 93 race tune and the car pulled hard and was quick on the thottle. After putting in the turbosmart without changing the tune it feels like stock again. Like its lost all torque. Seems to idle/run fine just has no power when you get on it. Bama says needs retune. Still waiting on that. Hope that fixes it.

When I was running the Cobb Stage 2 tune I never saw more than 20psi, even as a spike. Something is certainly wrong somewhere.

That's a good question. I wish I could help. My only suggestion is to start getting some datalogs on some hard pulls and seeing if you can isolate anything. This is where working with a pro tuner would be helpful.

Very true. I am actually working with Ryan from PD tuning as we speak. I just up loaded my 2nd log. I installed the Cobb stage 2 because the base tune from PD was just that. I figured while I wait for the revised tune, I will play with the stage 2. Stage 1 was boosting around 22. Is it possible that the new updates from Cobb are more aggressive?

Anyhow, I am sticking with PD only. No more messing around because of boredom. Current logs are looking good.

Theses 3.15 gears are a highway terror. Suck for launches though:(

Awesome. Sounds like you're in good hands then. I do find it odd that you ran the Cobb stage 2 and got more boost. I actually saw less overall boost on stage 2. I attributed it to the larger volume of the IC and charge pipes.

I can see the 3.15 gears being great on the highway. My 3.55s kick major butt at stoplights...
