Summit racing has what you want; this is exactly the setup I am currently running. I have 3" to a splitter which adapts to two 2 1/4" using stock mufflers in the factory location. I never had the resonator to remove; however, you can buy and install everything you need at home in the garage. Only thing I don't like is the factory exhaust tips; may change mufflers (probably Hush Thrush) just to get better looking tips.

Yeah, you don't need to spend that much money; this is where my engineering degree pays off. I found a 409 stainless splitter on Amazon for $26. You will need to change your downpipe to 3" around the 90 degree bend (CVFab has this part for around $50) and install a piece of 3" stainless exhaust pipe (also available on Amazon) from the end of the downpipe adapter to the area where the splitter willl be installed. This section is where the resonator is found on older models. Splitter will be placed in location to intercept existing pipes. You can clamp in place until you can have it welded in permanetly.

I have used this setup for about 6 months now and really like the sound; louder than stock but no drone on highway. Two cylinders per muffler is not very restrictive, car feels better than it did with restriction at downpipe. I installed system in about 1-1/2 hours at home.
