Cylinder 1 Misfire Under load

I’ve had this issue for a good while, it’s just not really been too much of a problem. Under pretty hard load (hard track driving/ hard mountain driving/ high speed pulls) my car will just randomly misfire cylinder 1. It’s only ever been cylinder 1, and I’ve changed the plugs and coils and it will still do it. The CEL will flash for a little bit, the car will run like crap, and then the car will just go back to normal and drive like it normally does. The only other notable thing is the exhaust side of the turbo will be red hot, I figured that made sense for a car being pushed to its limits, my mind linked it to the equivalent of headers on a car glowing after a hard race session, but I know I could be wrong. The car also has no other codes other than a catalyst deficiency code every week or two for the high flow cat, and a grille shutter code since I ripped mine out. Car’s modifications include a cold air intake, cvf 3” downpipe, custom single exit axleback, bama off the shelf 93 tune (all revisions they gave me were junk), and a go fast bits bov. (Also has a large front mount intercooler, I knew I was forgetting one) (Last side note: the car was doing this back when all I had on it was a bypass valve adapter so I doubt the mods are really the issue but who knows)

That doesn't sound good. I'd check the gap on your plugs first cause it's simple, I'd also suggest getting a intercooler because pushing this car on a tune without it will end up killing it, either headgasket or motor. You have a decent amount of power mods however the intercooler for this is base/building Block to all performance mods.

I edited the post to reflect, but I forgot I have an upgraded front mount already, it’s supposed to be good up to 700 whp and I’m not gonna be even close to that so that shouldn’t be an issue

What's you gap on plugs?
.29 on cylinder 1. It was .30 but i lessened it a bit
This actually happened to me I tried changing plugs and ignition coils and it wasn't till I changed the fuel sensors circuit a and b that it stopped, also I'd make all plugs gapped to .028. Try to do the installation yourself other places will run the bill up to put these sensors in
But I'd swap your coil pack to see if anything changes and do stuff you can do right now and see if it's fixed.

Is one of those that the low side pressure sensor that goes right by the DI fuel pump? If so I replaced that one already but you could be referring to a different one
I believe it is circuit a and b. Pull your plugs check gap and quality, and swap coils around but remember where you put cyl 1 and see if the code changes. .028 should be the gap. Watch your afr and report back more symptoms if you could and try come back with an update.
Also if you haven't changed the purge valve they go bad pretty early on and could be the issue.

Yeah I got the purge valve already, though I’m honestly surprised it took so long, since the car has 158k on it

Also I don’t think it’s the coil pack since I replaced every coil pack and plug before and after this was happening so idk
Then I'd do a compression test and pray to be honest, could be head gasket but with 158k miles I'd consider this being a bigger problem

So just a quick update, i regapped all my plugs to .028 and it significantly helped bring back the performance I had lost. Im gonna do a compression test tomorrow but im not sure much is gonna come up. What numbers should I be shooting for on my test tomorrow?
