According to my Ford electrical manual... Neither! They label it as MAPT... Which is helpful to me, it answered my question as to where is the sensor that measures our charge temperature!??
To my understanding "today" the MAPT supplies the signal to the ECU inputs for both MAP and IAT2.

Is that the Ford electrical manual for the GT or Ecoboost?

The Manual covers both the 5.0 and Ecoboost Mustangs, automatic or standard transmission.
I believe the 5.0 Mustang uses a MAF.

That is correct, only the GT uses a MAF, the Ecoboost does not.
That is why, if you change to an aftermarket CAI on a GT, you need a tune, but it is not required on the Eco.
