Anyone else have a "fuub" go dead on 'em?

Went to head to the Autocross event on Sunday, the "fuub" wouldn't unlock the doors, and showed "no key detected" after starting the car. The alternate was okay, so I used that one.

Tried to get to the dealer yesterday, however you could not get within blocks of the place, so I went to "Batteries + Bulbs +" ... my go to place for off norm power devices. They tried to replace the batteries, but couldn't get it to transmit (they have a detector in store). Also tried at Napa, with no luck.

Have an appointment in a bit to see what Ford says about it. I'll try to start it with the dead one in the cup holder just to see what happens.

Interesting -- we changed 2 sets of batteries -- here's the line from the repair order:

22962 - ONLY ONE KEY OPERATES- CHECK ANTENNAS, OK. TEST REMOTE-
FOUND BATTERIES DISCHARGED- REPLACED BATTERIES (2) INSIDE INOP REMOTE
KEY- RETEST- BOTH KEYS START VEHICLE AND OPERATE ALL FUNCTIONS.
