2017 Ford Mustang EB Premium 88K miles. Will do 1st oil change as new owner. Purchasing the Motorcraft FL-400S to fill up 6qts instead of the 5.7qts with the 910S.
I've been using Mobil 1 Full Synthetic on my cars before the mustang, Will the Mobil 1 be okay to use on the EB? Looking into purchasing the Mobil 1 5w30 High Performance High Mileage from AutoZone. just wanting to see if anyone is doing the same? Or recommends something better?
Thank you!

Sure, why not? It's good oil. I've used Mobil 1 in my other vehicles for years. I put Royal Purple in my Mustang, just because I thought it would be fun to pour purple oil into it. It is. Some people are funny about brands, and of course there are reviews out there that say x is better than y, but really, most well known brand name synthetic oils are going to be just fine. Go for it.

I have used Mobil 1 for decades in my vehicles without issue. On the last oil change I switched to Quaker State full synthetic (previously branded as, I believe, “Ultimate Durability”), only because it tested so well on the attached blog. You have to scroll down quite far to reach the test results.

Another vote here for Royal Purple HPS as it suits modified turbo engines. I've distributed products for Calumet (Royal Purple parent) and meet the technicians, seen the labs and they comped my trip to the Indy 500 a few years ago - hey but the purple oil is a reason too.
