Performance Intercoolers In Stock

That's less then I paid for my CV FASB street, wish I had known 8 months ago..
Will the stock charge pipes fit both?
Our name was mentioned, so I'll rebut.

The difference you're getting with the Street Intercooler (and all of ours) is our core, which is designed in-house and optimized specifically based on our specs for our individual units (across platforms). The top part of this core is just cut and stacked on top of the bottom (no design, just throwing it on there), but the larger issue lays in that the fin spacing is huge, indicating the core is an off-the-shelf option from a random factory chosen (generally cost related). Which is fine, but indicating advanced engineering or any consideration in design outside of a larger core is a bit of a stretch. Even the end tank mounting points are direct from Mishimoto's (patented) design. Any larger-than-stock intercooler that isn't plastic will outperform the OEM unit, though.

And a large marketing point is not blocking the radiator (with the larger unit, I guess), but we have quite possibly the best-selling large intercooler (Race) on the market since we intro'd them - and running hot (overheating) has not been an issue presented to us by anyone running our product, not once. So again, nice marketing point, but not an issue.

That's without mentioning the most important point: we street test all of our units, showing actual IAT's before and after installing ONLY our unit and without tuning (so it's apples-to-apples and on the street, with charts to show actual improvement). Anyone out there can talk, but we put the data out there.

And note that the Street Intercooler does fit the OEM pipes without issues, and the Race can fit.

FIrst of all, I don't think cvf is a vendor here, and I certainly never mentioned them or their product. So I'm not sure why we are being attacked by their representative. There is some serious misdirection in that post. If you go to the start of this thread you will see I never said anything about blocking the radiator. Claiming that I did is disingenuous at best.

Of course for those intercoolers that do, the engine's cooling system can compensate for that, the thermostat has enough range to handle it so it's not a problem and I never said otherwise.

What I said was that some intercoolers block a relatively large portion of the Condenser for the Air Conditioning, which is true. That results in slightly less effective AC, which matters to some people. It depends a bit on where you live, but in Oklahoma it matters.

I also never said anything about the fit of your product, so I'm really not sure what you're getting at there. Ours fits quite well, of that I'm certain.

As for the spacing of the fins, it's just fine. In fact going by the pictures on your website they look to be the same as yours, it's likely the cores come from the same place. As for your statement that our intercooler is just "cut and stacked, no design just throwing it on there" is just silly. Of course there is a design, yes there are two cores stuck together, just like very dual core design on the planet. There is nothing wrong with that.

Regarding testing we have results on the dyno, the dragstrip and the racetrack. The product works as advertised.

I'm sure your product is fine, but I don't get why you are attacking us.

Just going to reply to say that yes, we are a vendor.

No, fin spacing is not the same.

And no, the cores don't come from the same place.

I'm not attacking at all, I was just replying to the post.
