I recently purchased a 2015 mustang ecoboost 50th anniversary edition with 110000 miles, but I have been getting poor fuel economy (17.0mpg). I drive mostly highway with minimal city and I drive conservatively. The previous owner has the car tuned on 93 with a Cobb access port and a tune + pro tune by Adam including the transmission tune. One thing the owner mentioned is that it may be due for plugs the next oil change and the pinion bearing may need to be changed in the future (makes some noise while lightly accelerating) the car also has an upgraded inter cooler and waste gate. Is the tune the reason for my poor fuel economy? I have the original parts and can revert to the factory tune if my fuel economy will be improved. Thanks in advance.
