I have been just reading lots of info on here and but never posted since there are lots of great stuff to learn of from 😎
Now, I need advice/guidance.

I just recently upgraded my wheels and tires from the stock 18” to an OEM 20x9 with a Perilli P Zero 265/35ZR20 99y. The fitment, and stance is great, but the ride experience, with the tires is okay for daily driving.

My real problem is, when I do a hard turn left or right, I hear and occasional popping coming from the front.

My car: 2022 ecoboost premium (932 miles)

Do you feel the pop in the steering wheel also? Any different under braking?

Yes, it resonates to the steering wheel, braking no difference and changes in character.

Could be the spring binding. I had that happen on a ‘91 Caprice that I had. Different style front end, I know. Sprayed penetrating oil where the spring contacted the perches and it went away.

Did you look at your CV axle? Only kidding try looking at your top strut mount bearing.

Failing that, if it is readily repeatable, I would just visit the dealer and let them look at it.

I did set up and appointment, with them next week.

Update: Since the car is new, the tech said that the springs are settling to the new size and added weight… And agreed with @johnnybee.
They sprayed WD40 with silicone and drove it around is circles left/right in full wheel deflection. The symptoms went way.
