That's not what it's supposed to look like.

Ford Engineering is supposed to be looking at them now. :)

It was rather crazy to have a lit up dash, but man was it fun to drive / autocross with NONE of the nannies available.

Thanks @Gizmokid2005 -- I really love the way they turned out.

No partials here. The guy only does it all or nothing. He charged me $80 a wheel to strip, clean prep and powder coat the wheels from black to bronze.

Wow...those wheels look fantastic. And the price sounds very reasonable too. Great deal.

Looking good! Many people don't know that it is way cheaper to refinish the wheels than to replace.

Normally I dont prefer the look of the PP rims but they really pop after a refinish, black just doesn't seem to do them justice.

Agreed, I like mine a lot better since I sprayed them with silver.

Ok. Slammed in the valve stems into the track-bronze-PP-wheels and pulled off the little wheels off the trailer. Going to have the track tires mounted on the bronze-PP wheels and have the wheels pulled from the trailer wheels to have them match the track-bronze-PP wheels.

Was it a front or back wheel bearing?
Front-passenger-side.
I have the front-driver-side failing now. Will get that replaced before the next track event.

Get some RE71s mounted up, and I'll swing by and trade you. ;)

Very nice! And that was a good price per wheel. I like them. They will go great with your color car.

Just got the trailer tires back from the powder coating place and ready to put them back on the trailer.
