They come up on the autocross/miata/road race forums or groups fairly often. I picked mine up for $100 a few years ago, then proceeded to upgrade the lights/wiring, wheels/bearings & hubs.

Now the trailer needs a coat of paint.
Next off season, it'll be stripped down, powder-coated to match the car and re-assembled with new hardware.

What off-season? You don't have an off season.

It took me an afternoon to completely re-do mine with paint.

Well, you got me there. I think April's going to be my "light" month with 1 Autocross and 3 track events.

It took me an afternoon to completely re-do mine with paint.
Going to use powder ... it'll hold up longer and look better. It'll take a week to get it stripped and coated, and a day on each end for disassembly and reassembly.

ok. those of you who track or drive your Mustangs hard, obtain some anti-sieze and use it. Thia could save you from a nasty galled lug & nut plus prevent the use of a 14x1.5 mm die and a 38mm socket track-side.

I HATE having to fix stuff at the track. Good tip on the anti-seize.

What helped to get improvement? ...not the anti-seize on the lug studs I take it. Or are you talking about the app itself?? This begs another question. What app is that? I see the "OBD II" on the screen. Does this somehow plug into the cars computer?

Great information on the anti-seize. I've been using it on lug nuts and exhaust hardware for years and have never had a problem with a lug nut. It makes it so much easier to take stuff apart, later.

Probably dropping the second nut (if you know what I mean) --- This was my first time on this track so the first sessions were experimental and the time-attacks in the afternoon were go for it.

It's "Race-Chrono Pro" for the android. Uses a GPS receiver and a bluetooth OBD2 to display lap times. You could do it on the drag strip, but you get it all with the time slip anyway. I'm still learning the app to find out what I can display and what I can pass to the AVI converter program. I'd like to display oil temp, CAT, IAT, etc on the videos for information sake. I have speed, throttle and RPM right now.
