Hello, good afternoon to the entire group, I would like to know if anyone in the group has done or has any idea about converting a base Mustang GT to premium, in terms of the interior lights, lights on the door panels, on the feet in the cup holders, the heated and cooled seats, the sill plates, does anyone know if this is possible, I have the premium seats, the door panels and the sill plates, but for example when I tried to put the sill plates on, my car did not have the connector for the lighting and I imagine it doesn't have the switches for the illuminated door panels either, could I buy these switches at Ford and would it work with that? Please, if someone can help me with these questions, it would be of great help. Sorry if I wrote some things wrong, it's because I'm using a translator.

This forum is primarily for Ecoboost Mustangs, so as you have a GT you may be better served checking https://www.mustang6g.com/ as a more general forum with specific GT sections, as well as sections for Electronics etc.
I believe however that the upgrades you are looking to achieve will be very difficult with out replacing a large part of the wiring and electronics. Good Luck.

It is probably possible, but not practical, to do a complete conversion. Some functions may also require Forscan changes, which while not particularly difficult, will require a further outlay of money.
