Single Exhaust or Dual Exhaust?

That is the Ulitimate Racing single 3" catback system. That is the system I planned on using (until CJPP put up that Magnaflow vid and got me thinking that way) -- I can't see the point of the additional weight and parts of a dual exhaust. Even Mazda thought of this, had the dual exhaust on the Mazda3 (2nd gen), however had a single exhaust on the Mazdaspeed3.

I don't know what the dyno numbers are (exhaust doesn't make a huge difference anyway), I like the weight savings, simpleness, PRICE and sound of this system.

As for the fake tip? No freaking thanks. I'd rather have the empty cut-out than a non-functioning tip. (I could get one from the autoparts supercenter run by the three brothers, or ebay)

That was another strong point for the U.R. set up. Half the cost of a dual setup. :) Half the weight, half the cost double the good.
Can't go off-road here. Not messing with the Environmental peoples over no cat(s). A good high-flow downpipe would do more I guess.

I will know that soon. I have a friend who customizes cars -- currently autocrosses a 1000HP 68 Camaro. Twin-stinking turbo baby!!

I'll see Mike/Aaron this week and will find out what they say about the Valance panel.
