Bought a 6 month old 2016 Eco with 7500 miles off of the used lot at a Chevy dealership out of state (1400 miles from me). When I drove it off of the lot, SiriusXM was working. I assumed that maybe the previous owner that had traded it in had bought a subscription that was not yet expired....Great! Yesterday, the Xm quite working, except for preview channel 184. I called Sirius and asked them for a free 3 month subscription, they agreed and tried for over an hour to send me an update signal. According to their records, the dealership gave me a free subscription day before yesterday. After 1 1/2 hours on the phone, the technician suggests that the radio needs a "hard reset". Anyone familiar with this problem and/or know if there is any such thing as a hard reset on the eco radio?

I am guessing you have Sync3?

How to perform a master reset | SYNC | Official Ford Owner Site

I have experienced with Sirius in the past it can take up to 48 hours for the reset to hit the radio. When they messed up mine/my wife's subscriptions it took forever for the reset to be sent. Also, Sirius loves to mess with those free subscriptions. Anything to make a buck.

Have you tried feedback on the "my Ford" website? I have asked questions there about my system and gotten pretty rapid responses from the Ford people.
